i would also add the following:

11. thou shall add yoga into your routine.

12. thou shall understand that the hardest step is the first one.

13. thou shalt not make excuses…there is a direct correlation between the excuses you make not to run and how much you truly need to just get up and go. (unless of course your ‘excuse’ would be in violation of commandments 3 and 5…then it’s not really an excuse 😉 )

    • i started about three years ago and can’t imagine my life without it now…it’s helped my running tremendously…has strengthened my back and opened my hips…obsessed!!
